Construction of Public Service System in the Tourism Industry Cluster

In order to guide the tourism industry cluster to break away from the initial spontaneous "gather" rather than "group" status, this thesis tries to resolve the issues existing in the tourism public service system of tourism industry cluster by introducing of systems approach. Research shows that: developing tourism public service system of tourism industry cluster must use a variety fields, including Service mode, alliance pattern, Integrated Supply Chain Management, Management innovation, market mechanism, financing Environment.
