Abstract :
The advent of Web2.0 opens the new era of library service. What Web2.0 brings to the library is not only the improvement and promotion of service method, but also the transformation and innovation of service concept. However, the changes of service concept, content and method can not fundamentally guarantee the improvement of service quality. This paper newly examines , evaluates and ameliorates the traditional service from Web2.0´s new point of view, discussing how to build the act of quality service for the library in the era of Web2.0.
