Abstract

The rapidly changing needs and opportunities of today´s global market require unprecedented levels of interoperability to integrate diverse information systems to share knowledge and collaborate among organizations. From the characteristic of the virtual enterprise and the dynamic integrated service, a kind of service-based virtual enterprise information system integrated model is proposed. This model makes the virtual enterprise information system not only has good dynamic reconstruction, integration and openness but also has good reliability and safety. Based on service-based virtual enterprise information system integrated model, Virtual enterprise information system lifecycle is analyzed.
