Abstract :
The technique of estimation of medical-economic efficiency based on practical use of a stochastic mathematical model and universal computer programs are presented. For an estimation of efficiency the uniform metric-probability of reaching of the defined relation "expenses-medical effect"-is offered. Three main properties of the relation "expenses-effect" are detected: a phenomenon of a multiplicator of medical-economic efficiency; values of limiting financing; necessity of analysis of sensitivity, i.e. analysis of influence of the initial parameters on the relation "expenses-effect".
