Abstract
The thesis discusses the nature of generative whole of the inter-organization relationships between enterprises. The logical and historical points of whole originate from division and collaboration. The social activities of human being derive from division and collaboration, the organizations of an enterprise are cooperative relation system built on division and collaboration, and the inter-organization relationships between enterprises are the cooperative relation system of the organizations of enterprises. On the base of examining the theory of division and collaboration, the study proposes that the mechanism of division and collaboration is the core factor for the stability of the inter-organization relationships between enterprises, and further points out that the inter-organization relationships between enterprises, as a generative whole, have a stable mechanism that sustains the internal balance within the organization system.
