Research for Business Administration System Construction Based on Product Competitiveness Advancement

This paper used principle and method that as a humanize unity, community of interests possessed original drive that developing the society, to research enterprise´s charm and management system based on product advantage competitive forces. It was found that community of interests shouldered the burden of lifetime warranty for employees that need build a corporate culture system of human-based management and return on investment for investors which need establish a management system of boosting profits. In addition, it was revealed that the core of enterprise survival and development was to build a product structure that had a competitive advantage in technology and service which was the carrier that can achieve the interest objective of investors, supervisors, engineers, designers and users. In a word, achieving enterprises´ aims of sustainable development needs them to establish a humanism concept of development.
