Abstract :
This paper focused on the relationship between LMX and subordinate career success. By employees´ psychology capital, author open the black box of the process LMX to subordinate career success. From 312 samples in Beijing IT industry, author used the SEM to test the mediation of employees psychology capital between LMX and career success. The result showed that LMX indicated positive impact on subordinate psychology capital, and subordinate psychology capital indicated positive influence on career success. At last, author gave some advice to management practice for managers.
