Abstract :
On the basis of researching SOA and SVG technologies, this proposed an approach and strategy to build the LBS service system based on the SVG service components, which is used to the actual system design. Enhanced system´s flexibility and extendibility, realized managing data, sharing inquiry, dynamic revision, multi-platform operation in the LBS service system.
