Abstract :
Recently self-optimizing as a new characteristic in wireless networks attracts more and more attention. A game theoretic solution for load balancing by downlink power modification in 3GPP Long Term Evolution systems is presented in this paper. We formulate this problem as market equilibrium and use Fisher model with linear inequalities to find prices. Simulation results demonstrate proposed algorithm brings more gain in capacity of the system.
