Abstract :
Knowledge management is a necessary way for the colleges and universities to bring up better postgraduates. This paper proposes a construction mode of postgraduate tutor teams based on knowledge management and discusses the operation system of such tutor teams that focus on innovation capability of the postgraduates so as to realize good and high efficient interaction between the tutor teams and the postgraduates.
