Abstract :
E-government refers to the Government and the public. When the Government builds up a e-government Web site, it has not really formed the idea that the public is the center in using the website. This paper proposes an e-government public satisfaction measurement index system and evaluates the usage of government portal sites in Chongqing. According to the index system, it designs the questionnaire to collect sample data. It uses the weighted sum method to measure public satisfaction. And the weights are determined by AHP. Finally, it analyzes the problems in e-government construction in Chongqing and puts forward to some reasonable suggestions from the survey.
