Abstract :
The index system of emergency risk evaluation on city bidding for large-scale sports events constructed by Delphi method, combining analytic hierarchy process method with subjective scoring method based on entropy weight to evaluate it. Adopting numerical to validate matrix, the effects of it provide decision-making method for decision makers, reduce decision-making risks.
