Abstract :
On the basis of extant literature and research hypotheses, we built a conceptual model of the relationship between learning teams´ capability and their performance, and proposed some hypotheses about the capability and performance. To test the hypotheses, we designed a questionnaire, and conducted a survey in Xidian University. We used SPSS13.0 to analyze the collected data. We found that among other eight capabilities the invention capability is often neglected, which impacts the performance significantly. The reason is that team members only focus on completing their tasks mechanically but not think much of their invention capability. Besides, the capability to build database has a forecasting effect on the team performance. Besides, the capability to build database has a forecasting effect on the team performance.
