Abstract :
In this paper, we present an improved complex model of electromagnetic scattering for two dimensional fractal sea surface. Both the geometrical fractal characteristic and permittivity characteristic of sea water is roundly considered. Specially, the effect of salinity and temperature on the electromagnetic field scattered by sea water is added on. Finally, the computational results of this model are given to confirm the validity. Therefore, using this model, we can obtain the whole electromagnetic scattering characteristic of sea surface.
