Abstract :
A novel choas biolodical immune algorithm (CBIA) was proposed by combining the immune algorithm (IA) and the chaotic optimization. Taking advantages of the ergodic and stochastic properties of chaos Logistic Equation, an adaptive chaos mutation operator is designed by the combination of prior knowledge of antibody and evolution iterations. The operator can avoid blind research and enhance the convergent speed effectively. Being the restriction of Homogeneous Markov chain theory, the pure probability method and iterative formula are applied to analyze the global convergence of the proposed algorithm. This method makes the convergence study greatly simplified and laid the theoretical foundation for the practical application of the algorithm.
