Abstract :
Emergency communications are important channels for instructing relief operations, transmitting information and appeasing the public. Emergency communications specifications enable emergency communications implemented reasonably, effectively and reliably. The article emphasizes the necessity of emergency communications specifications, analyses the features of emergency communications, sets up the structure of emergency communications, details the process of emergency communications with its classification.
