Abstract :
Select 318 manufacturing enterprises for empirical study to analyze the relationship between network competence and firm performance. The results shows: (1) firms can deal with interorganizational relationships; (2) there are multiple paths to obtain competitive advantages under network environment; (3) network learning and network power are the important semi-mediators between network competence and firm performance. The results are helpful for firms living in network environment to gain sustainable advantages.
