Abstract :
With the effect of financial crisis and economic globalization in recent years, entrepreneurs and scholars begin to focus on keeping competitive advantages through strategic change. As on of the most important driving force of strategic change, strategic momentum guides and identifies the direction of strategic change of enterprises. And strategic change in stable environment also helps enterprises to embrace the new market. The research of three strategic change stages of Giant Group in stable market background in this paper shows that individual perceiving ability, group communication effect and organizational commitment level are the most important indices in the formation of strategic momentum. And the conclusion also can be reached that organizational study of decision-making level and reasonable arrangement of member structure can help improving the perceiving ability of decision-making level as well as increasing strategic momentum.
