Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes not only the primary factor that leads enterprises to succeed, but also the motivation that enterprises carry out innovation. The knowledge-sharing mechanism can help the stuffs in one team learn from oneself and others´ experiences and produce, store and search for knowledge so as to achieve an ideal goal of the organization. Based on exploring the knowledge-sharing process in the learning organizations and analyzing the problems existing in knowledge-sharing mechanism, this paper put forward some suggestions for the learning organizations to build up knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
