Abstract :
Effective knowledge management is promising to improve organizational and personal performance. It has been widely recognized that information and communication technologies may contribute to knowledge management if they can be suitably utilized. This study discusses how social media can support knowledge management in terms of knowledge evolution, knowledge use/reuse and knowledge sharing.
