Study on SMEs-Oriented Strategic Decision Support System Based on Competitive Intelligence

In today´s fierce competitive business environment, less resource often put the Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the disadvantaged position. This paper aims to design a novel system (SDSS-CI) for aiding SMEs in strategic decision-making. This proposed system has the advantage of integrating the concept of competitive intelligence (CI) and strategic decision-making system (SDSS). The proposed system can help SMEs gain dynamical competitiveness by performing the strategic decision-making more efficiently and rapidly.
