Abstract :
During the epoch of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management is important to the state key lab. This paper discusses on the problems of knowledge management of state key lab in China. Based on this, this research develops knowledge management process and flow pattern according the sample of four state key labs. The result reveals the knowledge management process includes six steps, and is a cyclical and dynamic loop, not a simple chain.
