Abstract :
In strategic management and corporate entrepreneurship field the literatures indicate that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) improves organizational performance, but the empirical results are inconsistent. In this paper, we analysis the direct effect of EO on organizational performance and deem that a main effect analysis providing an incomplete picture of performance implications of EO. Internal resources and external environments are important to the development of a firm, and we adopt a combinational approach to explain variance in organizational performance.
