Abstract :
Agent construction system is a new project management mode to meet the need of modern engineering construction, and is an innovation of government-invested engineering management mode. There are some positive aspects and some risks during the implementation .This paper analyses the risk factors based on the characteristics of agent management projects, establishes risk index system, using Entropy measurement to calculate the risk degrees , Finally, it gives an example to show how to use this method. This paper sets up an reasonable and effectively method for risk management of agent management projects.
