Abstract :
The thixotropic plastic forming process of the mobile intermediate shaft screw plug of n-SiCP/AZ61 composites was simulated by deform-3d software. The distribution of stress field and strain field in thixotropic plastic forming process was obtained and the simulation results were compared with the experimental data, which provided theoretical guidance for the thixotropic plastic forming technology.
