Abstract :
Semantic Grid can bring different communities together to solve large-scale problem, so human´s interest on grid is increasing, and a secure foundation enable technology providers to collaborate and share information is urgently needed. The HBUTiGrid project deeply research on the grid technology, with aims of solving the problems of interoperability and heterogeneous resource in constructing the federated Digital Library (DL),applying both the grid and semantic web technology in the research of DL. In this paper, we will discuss details of the current research and technology that support HBUTiGrid project, elaborate the design proposal and illustrate the software architecture of the HBUTiGrid Infrastructure. We also present crucial experiences in implementing architecture of HBUTiGrid project and introduce the software tools that support it.
