Abstract :
Human resource brand predicts the trend of human resource management. This article, based on illuminating connotation, has analyzed functions of human resource brand, generalized procedures for constructing human resource brand. At knowledge economy times, human resource brand is able to brand winning. We should pay attention to it to help us gain competitive advantage.
