This paper takes Hubei Unicom Wuhan Branch as research object.Then customer satisfaction evaluation model and the corresponding evaluation index system of HUWB (short for Hubei Unicom Wuhan Branch) are constructed according to the characteristic of mobile communication industry by designing specific questionnaire and investigation, chooses AHP method to define the weight of each index, and uses the weighted average method to quantify the value of HUWB´s customer satisfaction, and analysis and management suggestions are given based on the current situation of HUWB´s customer satisfaction.
