After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Technology innovation will realize through several technology diffusion channels, the effectiveness of interregional technology diffusion channels determines the speed and scale of technology diffusion. This paper analyses interregional technology diffusion channels, from the aspect of technology diffusion process, analyzed the differences of channels, concluded mechanism and characteristics of China interregional technology diffusion.
