  • Abstract
By means of simulating the real process of invite public bidding, this paper designs a system for construction bidding based on agent, and puts forward a multi-agent model of negotiation based on genetic algorithm. It shows the negotiation strategy by using the concept of "sequence of negotiation offer threshold", and provides an improving algorithm structure of the genetic operation in the flow chart to optimize the sequence of negotiation offer threshold. The negotiation model changes tender\´s unilateral-led situation, ensures equal status, and provides more negotiated space. It makes the bidding negotiation get an agreement in a short time, with the results have a win-win situation. Therefore, the system realizes the efficiency, fairness and scientific. It suggests a new idea to achieve the electronic and intelligent bidding.
