Abstract
With the increasing application of multimedia communication, campus network being designed or upgraded to 10G Ethernet is unstoppable. Since devices of 10G Ethernet are expensive, the cost of construction should be fully considered. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of 10G Ethernet, then considers the concrete implementation plan of 10G Ethernet in the campus network and analyzes the performance of the network, finally presents a more appropriate solution for the large campus network.
