  • Abstract
Impedance matching is an important problem during communication system design and multistage transmission line is an excellent solution. This paper suggested the counter propagation deduction (CPD) method and the corresponding conception, such as boundary originated sets (BOS) and deduction coefficient, and introduces the expression of V and I of every segment transmission line as well as the propagation deduction mechanism. Furthermore, combining genetic algorithm (GA), and by virtue of MATLAB tool box, the paper researched the application of CPD method while the multistage transmission line acted as impedance matching system.
