Abstract :
The dynamic differential pressure signal of gas-liquid two-phase flow has close relation with the parameter measurement of fluid’s flow pattern, flux and void fraction. After the dynamic differential pressure signal passing through the cut-off equipment was done by Hilbert-Huang transform, the fluctuation and steady ingredient of the signal was withdrawn. The further analysis indicated that this method can be applied for the measurement of void fraction of two-phase flow. This method can avoid the insufficiency of conventional signal processing method, and provide a new method for carrying on two-phase flow multi-parameters measurement by using traditional single-phase flow equipment.
