Application Study of Investment Risk Analysis of Coastal Transportation Business of Liquid Chemical Products

With the diversification of financing method, and the characters of huge investment of the coastal transportation business of liquid chemical products project, the investment costs will be uncertain. At the same time, the uncertainty of operational costs, shipping price and quantities add to the importance of the financial risk analysis to the success of the project in financial evaluation stage for the owner or in the tendering decision making stage for the contractors. In this paper, one project financial risk analysis method based on probability theory and Monte Carlo simulation technique has been put forward, and applied in the coastal transportation business of liquid chemical products project.
