Abstract
RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification) is widely used in many industries. Furthermore, the many researches for RFID antenna have been studied. If the RFID antennas designed to increase RCS optimally, the performance of the RFID will be improved. Therefore, we need to analyze RFID tag chip having nonlinear characteristic. In this paper, we analyze the strip antenna using the MoM (Method of Moments). Then the strip antenna is converted into equivalent source model. Finally, the RF circuit including a nonlinear component is analyzed with harmonic balance method.
