Abstract :
In this abstract, two new methods are presented for analysing multilevel circuits. The first method consists in the introduction of two different mesh grids in the numerical representation of the problem, where the second grid is modelled by the surface impedance into the larger grid. The second method is dedicated to circuits that contain parts with very different scales. Within a limitation of the size of the circuit, small parts are studied with a fine grid and then the results are introduced into the larger grid via its S-matrix.
