Abstract :
The traditional production mode involving too much manual operation can no longer to adapt to the trend of the development of science and technology which requires highly automatic production lines of electrical energy meter with electronics. The application of scientific control methods in production lines not only conforms to the tide of history but enhances the efficiency greatly. In this paper, statistical process control is applied to the production line of electrical meters by thorough analysis of the whole electrical meters line.
