Abstract :
From the empirical point of view, the paper analyzes deeply the relationship between the executive compensation incentives and the corporate performance in 2009 Shanghai and Shenzhen listed company of wholesale and retail trade. And the paper analyzes corporate performance, executive pay, firm size and board governance structure, then it proposes 5 hypothesis. Through the correlation analysis and regression models, the paper draws some conclusions and makes relevant suggestions based on analysis results.
