Abstract :
The characteristics and the working principle of charge coupled device (CCD) are expatiated, and the light source adapting to CCD and the matching relation between the light source and the illumination are analyzed. On this basis, the optical system with lasers, lenses, filters, apertures and other optical devices is designed to adapt to CCD, and the driving timing and the binarization processing technology of CCD are given. Through the online real-time measurements of filament diameter using CCD, the experimental test results and their errors are analyzed, and finally some conclusions are given.
