The research of health insurance fund management based on system dynamics

Effective management of health insurance funds is the key to the safe operation of health care system. This paper takes Xi´an as an example, analysis the factors of health insurance fund and the relationship of causal and feedback between the variables. Through the use of system dynamics equations to describe these causal and feedback relationships, build system dynamics model. Finally, based on the simulation of the model, forecast the fund income and expenditure, and propose countermeasures.
