Abstract
Engineering project risk management is a systematic and whole process management. This paper starts with the analysis of the risk influence on engineering by means of active-matrix theory. Risk factors include aspects of nature, economy, management, technology. Reply evaluation and distinguish to the risk factors, based process of engineering cost risk, for risk fountain arrangement, and corresponding countermeasure are directed at analysis results. The method is convenient and efficient.
