  • Abstract
According to the organizational behavior and organizational commitment theory in human resource management, as well as the two human factors (i.e., employee individual characteristics and organizational commitments) that affact the employee´s turnover intention, we carried out the questionnaire survey in which the subjects were randomly selected from three enterprises. The survey data were consequently processed using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis in SPSS statistical analysis software, and a regression model for employee´s turnover intention has been constructed from the perspective of organizational commitment in order to put forward policy recommendations of retaining and introducing talents for the enterprise management in China.
