Process reengineering of manufacturing information and performance evaluation

As the pillar industry of national economic development, manufacturing industry plays an important role in our national economic development. Through comprehensive analysis of the current process of manufacturing industry informatization, this paper proposed integrated information management theory based on supply chain management and e-commerce platform to solve the software incompatible problems and information conflicts in multi-system, established the evaluation index system based on the integrated information system, and finally verified the idea by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The conclusion of this paper will provide reference to manufacturing enterprises for information construction.
