Abstract :
In order to achieve energy saving and environmental protection requirements, indicators of industrial boiler must be controlled within an appropriate range. For a winery 35T / H boilers, after the establishment of mathematical model and solving, the implementation method is designed and then PLC is used to realize the intelligent control of system. After field application, the system achieves the design purpose, realizes perfect function and obvious energy-saving effect, but also to reach environmental requirements.
