Abstract :
In this study, collaborative site was used in a Japanese university course to support collaborative learning and to promote class interaction. The students were divided into groups for collaborative learning. Each group was asked to select a UNESCO World Heritage Site and to create a 3D model and video by the end of the semester. The students were evaluated based on group work, midterm and final presentation. This study shows how the collaborative site was used to support collaboration to create content and to promote interaction in class.
