Abstract
In this paper, the method of moment (MoM) technique is used to analyze the actual current distribution in array elements precisely. Then, using mutual impedance network, we can obtain the practical amplitude and phase of the excited voltage in array elements. Consequently, we will analyze the spectrum feature of the arrival signals accurately. And the accuracy and resolution of direction finding system would be improved by correcting the direction finding algorithm with the analysis results. Finally, simulation results with MATLAB are provided to demonstrate mutual coupling effectiveness.
