In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual Employees´ psychological contract management is an important research topic of human resource management. Based on the analysis of the character and demand features of intellectual employees, taking into account of psychological contract features and developing trend, this paper discusses the necessity for modern enterprises to implement psychological contract management of intellectual employees, elaborating the ideas of scientifically constructing intellectual employees´ psychological contract, putting forward the method of managing and maintaining the psychological contract of intellectual employees.
