Abstract
This paper proposes a method for evaluating control performance of a switching control system, based on so-called maximal output admissible sets. The method gives an upper bound of the control performance when information of the initial state and the switching strategy are given. The key to calculate the upper bound is use of a dwell time. We propose two types of algorithms that can seek for the dwell time, and show a main result that provides the upper bound of the control performance. Finally, a numerical example makes a check of the main result.
