Abstract :
In high-speed transmission circuits, signal integrity is an inevitable problem, a major factor caused PCB board signal integrity problems is impedance mismatch. This paper based on the theory of transmission lines, according to the coplanar waveguide (CPW) structure, designed a high-speed differential connector which was separated by air. And use 2D simulation software to analyse the differential pairspsila geometry and the relationship of frequency and differential impedance. Through the parameters optimization, and get a good cross-section structure. This structure design of the connector has the advantages of small size, light weight and good impedance matching.
