Abstract :
We investigate the influence of temperature fluctuations on the performance of microwave circulators with measurements and numerical simulations. A wide temperature range is considered in order to account for both normal operation conditions and worst case scenarios. We give an estimation of the temperature dependent ferrite saturation magnetization and suggest basic guidelines for the design of HQT circulators.
